The Work consists of the following: Demolish existing concrete sidewalks and Construct new sidewalks using concrete and related materials to the specified residential and common areas sidewalks. The work will include but is not limited to Improvements of existing concrete sidewalks, Replace designated sections of existing concrete sidewalks with tripping hazards due to trees’ roots or soil depressions, based on drawings and specifications and noncompliance with 504 and ADA standards.
